11/16/2023 0 Comments 1968 epiphone casino pickguardI've sent PM on people here who posted they have 90s Terada made Casinos, but Ive yet to receive a reply from them. Another thing to confirm is, are Korean Epiphone Sorrentos using the same pickguard as Korean Epiphone Casinos? if thats the case, I am hoping that Sorrento pickguards will fit, but I still need a terada pickguard to at least compare it with. I think the closest lead I can ask is, is there anyone who has a Korean Epiphone Casino. I'm half wishing Terada recycled dimensions for hardwares and pickup placement but a friend from another forum confirmed that it is different from 90's Terada. 65 Casinos, Elitists are from Terada yes, but these are original Kalamazoo spec 16th fret joint. Ive looked it up sir, I am afraid that it is different. Look up Epiphone Elitist on Reverb & it’ll pop up. ![]() ![]() If this one could possibly work for you, the price is very reasonable. ![]() I did take a little bit of time going back and forth determining which shim heights would be best, I settled on 3/32' and 1/8' N/B respectively to give me around 1/8 to 1/16 height with the last fret down. There’s someone on Reverb who has some NOS pickguards from the Terada-body built ‘65 Lennon Casino. I used dental floss for the electronics and they went right back in I didn't even remove the strings, the P90s slide right out from under.
